Our internally threaded titanium belly barbells have smooth bars with no exposed threads, so they slide through the piercing without scratching. Titanium is nickel-free and lightweight. Choose double CZ gems in clear, pink, or black, fire opal in four colors, or CZ gem balls. Surgical steel barbells come in more designs, from heart filigree and flower settings to an elephant and a big turquoise stone.

14G Belly Ring Barbells in the Standard 3/8" Length

Belly button barbells are 14G (1.6mm), the standard navel gauge, and most use a 3/8" (10mm) curved bar. One surgical steel style lets you pick the ball size, and glow-in-the-dark balls come in blue, green, pink, purple, and white. Not sure of your size? Belly Ring Barbells FAQ

Are belly ring barbells curved or straight?

Belly button barbells are curved. The bend lets the bar follow the fold of the navel, so the top gem sits above the belly button and the bottom ball rests inside it. That curve is also why they sit flatter under clothing than a straight bar would.

Can I choose the ball size on a belly barbell?

Yes, on one of our surgical steel styles. The 14G surgical steel navel ring with customizable ball sizes lets you pick the size of the ends, from a subtle look to larger, more visible balls. The other barbells come with their ends as shown in each listing.

How do I measure my belly ring length?

Take out a belly ring that fits well and measure the bar only, from where it meets one ball to where it meets the other, without the balls. Most navel piercings take 3/8" (10mm). Not sure of your size? See our body jewelry gauge size chart, or ask your piercer to measure your piercing.
