Gem Nose Rings, Studs, and Hoops

Choosing Nose Piercing Gems by Size

The size of the stone sets the tone. A 2mm CZ gem is a subtle sparkle that suits everyday and work wear, while a 3mm gem is easier to see from across the room. For a true statement, bendable gem hoops are lined with 5, 11, 15, or 30 CZ stones that wrap around the nostril. If you're unsure, start small; a 2mm stud pairs well with other ear and face piercings without competing with them.

Gem Nose Studs That Stay Put

Gem nose studs come on three post styles. Corkscrew studs twist in and are the hardest to lose, L-bend studs slide in easily and are simple to change, and nose bones push straight through for a flat fit. Our titanium CZ studs are nickel-free and a comfortable pick for sensitive skin, and surgical steel CZ studs come in silver, gold, rose gold, and black finishes, plus a colorful range of aqua, pink, purple, and green stones. Sparkling Gem Nose Hoops

If you prefer a hoop, choose a bendable CZ hoop in silver, gold, or rose gold tone, a twisted 20G hoop with a gem ball, or a 16G titanium ring with a 3mm gem ball. Bendable hoops flex to shape around your nostril and work best once your piercing is fully healed. For simple hoops without stones, see all nose hoops.

Nose Piercing Gems FAQ

Are the gems real diamonds?

No. Our nose piercing gems are CZ (cubic zirconia), a lab-made stone with bright, diamond-like sparkle at an everyday price. CZ is hard enough for everyday wear, and it comes in clear plus colors like aqua, pink, purple, and green.

How do I clean a gem nose stud?

Rinse it with warm water and mild soap and dab it dry with a clean tissue. A soft brush can lift buildup around the setting. Harsh chemicals and lotions can dull the stone, so rinse after using products on your face.

Can I wear a bendable gem hoop every day?

Yes, in a fully healed piercing. Open and close it gently by twisting the ends sideways instead of pulling them apart, and try not to reshape it often, since repeated bending can weaken the metal.
