Policy Return On Defective Items
Because of the nature of our business and since jewelry is worn intimately in the body which makes all jewelry instantly contaminated; we do not accept returns or make exchanges, unless the item is still in the seal package.
All defective returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date
Return items must be unworn and in our original sealed package.
Please Note: No returns will be accepted outside of 14 days.
